I have decided to embrace my early “retirement” to instead focus on what has always been part of me, and important to me.
I joke that my love languages are the 3 C’s: cooking, crystals, and coffee, not necessarily in that order! So why not follow my heart, help others, and focus on sharing that knowledge? I would love to meet for coffee (or tea) and talk about how we can work together.
Providing Whole Food, Plant Based Nutritional guidance with recipes, food prep how-to’s (it’s actually easier and cheaper!), or catering your next event. I’m happy not to be on “old people meds” (cholesterol, diabetes, heart, etc.), and grateful to the doctors, nutritionists, and Cornell University for their Certification program.
Crystals have always been part of me, understanding the science as well as their beautiful qualities to help us. Grateful for my Crystal Practitioner Certification that focused on the science, geology, physics, chemistry, history, as well as the metaphysical. Because I am a science nerd underneath it all!
Incorporating a wholistic approach to all the above, and how it all comes together. East, West, and Ancient remedies all can coexist.
