Crispy baked potatoes, coated in a smoky seasoning, with a creamy cashew chipotle sauce. Topped with shredded lettuce (or cabbage) to cool the heat.

Soy curls Carne Asada was easy, spicy 
Created with non-GMO Soy curls rehydrated with Not-beef bouillon, then cooked in a marinade of orange juice, lime juice, liquid aminos, garlic, cilantro, cumin, & adobo sauce. Topped with sweet onion & cilantro. This is the standout favorite, with everyone saying the flavor, texture, and authenticity is spot on! Super good as nachos!

Jackfruit Vegan tacos were mild, shredded chk’n style delicious
Shredded Jackfruit sauteed with onion & garlic, in a sauce of veggie broth, lime, chili powder, cumin, paprika, agave, & salt. Topped with red onion & cilantro.
